Sugar Antiscalant is a specially engineered chemical formulation designed to prevent and control scale formation in sugar processing equipment, especially in evaporators, vacuum pans, and heat exchangers. Scaling due to calcium, magnesium, silica, and other inorganic salts is a major cause of reduced efficiency, frequent shutdowns, and equipment damage in sugar factories. This antiscalant helps maintain optimum heat transfer and smooth plant operation throughout the crushing season.
